I have completed this application for employment myself and the information I have provided is true and correct to the best of my knowledge. False information, or misrepresentation or omission of facts, shall be cause for rejection of this application or termination, if I am hired. If I am hired, my employment will be “at will.” This means either DRD Pool Management, Inc. (“DRD”), or I can terminate my employment at any time, for any reason or no reason, without notice. I authorize DRD to verify the information provided on this application and I release all references, prior employers and other parties from any liability that may result from responding to any requests for information about me by DRD. DRD may also require the successful completion of a background check including, but not limited to, a review of my criminal record and other relevant information, as a condition of employment, at its discretion. Under Maryland Law, an employer may not require or demand, as a condition of employment, prospective employment, or continued employment, that of an individual submit to or take a polygraph examination or similar test. An employer who violates this law is guilty of a misdemeanor and subject to fine not exceeding $100.
